Cao Lau Mi

Cao Lau – the most famous and delicious specialty dish in Hoi An. Cao Lau is yellow noodle made from rice powder. A standard bowl of Cao Lau must have pork slice marinated with soy sauce, a little  fatty pork  served with suitable sauce. When enjoying, a little raw vegetables will be added into the bowl Cao Lau to make it more fresh and full of flavor.

Quang Noodles
